My husband and I had a fabulous time at this house. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and lounging in the morning and afternoon sun on the deck. Kathy was super easy to work with, provided great detailed instructions for check-in/check-out and she responded quickly to questions. 5/5 - We had a wonderful time! It was Me and my husband and my adult children and there family's. House was perfect for all of us. It was clean and had everything we needed, very well stocked. Really liked that the master bedroom was upstairs. Having the downstairs sitting area worked out great for having the grandkids play there Playstation down there. Spent lots of time in the hot tub perfect to come home after skiing and sledding to warm up. The owner was very responsive and flexible when I had a couple of questions. We will be back in the summer and will be renting this house again. We made some wonderful memories this weekend. Angie M.

5/5 - During Covid times we were hesitant to do a family vacation but this house was perfect. The house was very clean, hand sanitizer and many cleaning products. They had everything we needed to just stay cozy in the house, enjoying the hot tub, making meals and playing games! We will definitely stay here again!

5/5 - My husband and I love Central Oregon and were looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary. Given the restrictions the coronavirus imposes, we wanted to find a place where we could enjoy Sunriver, stay indoors and prepare our own meals. We're so happy we found this house! It snowed during our stay and we spent a wonderful weekend walking around Sunriver, enjoying a cozy, warm fire in the fireplace, enjoying the beautiful scenery through the nice, big windows, cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen, and playing ping pong in the garage. This home is so well equipped and the owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable in this home away from home. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and didn't have time to enjoy the outdoor hot tub. Next time! The cost was very competitive and we will definitely be back! Bonnie P.

Enjoyed using the bikes, the ping pong table, and of course the hot tub! Kathy was gracious when I contacted her a couple times over the course of our stay. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with thick, log pine and wrought iron plus designer linens and warm blankets.

Each room in our vacation rental home has a unique feel, view and vacation experience.

The kids will love the log bunks...climbing from one bed to the next, making memories of a lifetime!

5/5 - My family of seven adults stayed in the Stafford's lovely Sunriver home for a week in August 2020. We had a fantastic time and cannot wait to return! The home was very clean and most welcoming. It was large enough for each adult couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and the large decks (with hot tub) were perfect for reading/dining/relaxing, while taking in the beautiful scenery. The owners provided bikes, passes to the aquatics facility, and a ping pong table (which became the site of a family tournament). We also rented rafts, kayaks, and a canoe for trips down the Deschutes River, and we golfed at Woodlands Golf Course. It was a PERFECT vacation...just what we needed. Thank you, Stafford Family! The family room is great for TV and kids. Here, guests discover a hide-away bed and the doorway leading to the lower deck with a large, bubbling private HOT TUB...awaiting tired muscles!

5/5 - House was clean and in good order. It was a pleasure to stay there. The house was full of helpful little documentation cards to assist with finding and operating various things in the house. That was a plus for folks that are unsettled when adjusting to a new enviroment. Check-out instructions on the cork board were explicit and more clear than those provided with the rental agreement. It wasn't entirely clear whether we were to only wash and fold beach towels or whether that included bath towels as well. The host was pleasant and communicative. Thank you for letting us stay!
